Any employee seeking to form a Union must start off by signing an Authorization Card. If you are employed by taxpayers, ( schools, DPW etc ) sign the PUBLIC SECTOR If you are employed by a company, sign the PRIVATE SECTOR ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WHEN SIGNING
