05/31/23 - Teamsters Local 776
UPS package car drivers have until Monday, June 5, to sign up on the 9.5 list. When UPS violates your 9.5 rights as a driver, the company is required to reduce your workload and pay triple time-instead of time-and-a-half-for time worked in excess of 9.

When I vote in a union election, I’m voting to protect my interests – wages, seniority and buyouts, to name a few. I also am voting for someone who will defend me if and when there is an issue with management.

I have always known Mike to be a proven leader and representative for our members. He has always looked out after the local first and its members, whether upholding the contracts and negotiating contracts than eventually as our president, leading contract negotiations.
